MOCAC Refund Policy
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible by mail, fax or telephone.
Cancellations made prior to ten (10) business days before the assessment date
will receive a full refund (less non-refundable fees).
Cancellations made within ten (10) business days of the assessment date will
be charged a $100 administration fee, in addition to any non-refundable fees paid.
“No Shows” will be charged a $150 administration fee.
